Chile Morita is a smoked dried chile, with a color similar to blackberries. It's obtained from a small variety of jalapeño and it is very spicy with a certain sweetness. This Chile is mainly used in parts of Veracruz, Puebla and the Capital. With it they make spicy sauces, stews of beef, chicken or pork, in pickles or marinated.
Ingredients: Dried whole morita chili. Keep in a cool dry place.
