- 1 Pack 500g Masamor Tortilla Chips
- 2 Ripe Avocados
- 1 Onion, diced
- 20g Cilantro, washed and chopped (optional)
- 1 Small Tomato, diced (optional)
- 1 Jalapeño Pepper, seeded and diced
- 1 Lime, just the juice
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 200g Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- Frida's Salsa Of Your Choice
- Preheat your oven to 175°C.
- In a medium bowl, mash the avocados with a fork. Add the diced red onion, half of the cilantro, tomato, and jalapeno pepper. Mix well.
- Squeeze the lime juice over the guacamole mixture and add salt and pepper to taste. Mix well again.
- Spread the corn tortilla chips in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the chips, covering them well.
- Bake the nachos in the preheated oven for 7-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove the nachos from the oven, spoon the guacamole over the chips and sprinkle the remaining chopped cilantro over the top.
Serve the nachos warm, garnished with additional diced onions, tomato, jalapeno, and a spicy salsa if desired.
