This dish is perfect for warmer days, and shrimps are the heroes of it.



900g cooked shrimp

1 small red onion, thinly sliced

1 fresh jalapeño, seeded and minced

1 cucumber, peeled, seeded and thinly sliced

½ bunch of coriander, finely chopped

Juice of 2 limes

½ cup of Clamato




  1. In a bowl, combine shrimp, onion, jalapeño, cucumber, and cilantro.
  2. Add lime juice and Clamato; toss to mix well.
  3. Chill in refrigerator 20-30 minutes.
  4. Serve ceviche cold with tostadas or soda crackers.
